General Kinematics, a premier manufacturer and innovator of turnkey systems, vibratory equipment, and rotary equipment, welcomes Joseph Shulfer to its leadership team as Chief Operating Officer. Joseph brings more than 24 years of leadership experience in engineered capital equipment manufacturing, including experience leading engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, product development, sales, service, and overall business strategy.

Joseph holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from Southern Illinois University, an MBA from Webster University, and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois. He built his leadership foundation as a U.S. Navy Nuclear Propulsion Officer, an experience that helped establish the technical discipline, accountability, and strategic execution he brings to the GK leadership team.
